Where can I find my invoices?
You can access your invoices by clicking on 'Visit Billing Portal' on the billing page. Scroll down to view your invoice history where you can download them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe. All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
How do I purchase more page credits?
You can purchase additional page credits anytime from the billing section in your dashboard. Choose from our credit bundles ranging from 50 to 1,000 pages, with better per-page pricing for larger bundles.
Do my credits expire?
No! All credits (both trial and purchased) never expire. You can use them whenever you need to process bank statements.
