Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Current Plan

1. Navigate to the Billing section in your dashboard
2. Your current plan details are displayed, including:
   • Plan name and status
   • Monthly/annual cost
   • Renewal date
   • Included features
   • Current credit balance and usage

Changing Your Plan

To upgrade or downgrade your subscription:

1. Go to the Billing section
2. Click the Change Plan button
3. Select your preferred plan and billing interval (monthly or annual)
4. Click Proceed to Payment to confirm your changes

When upgrading, you'll only be charged the prorated difference for your remaining billing period.

Managing Billing Details

ClerkiQ uses Stripe for secure payment processing and supports:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Debit cards (supported by Stripe)

To manage your billing details or download invoices:

1. Go to the Billing section
2. Click Visit Billing Portal
3. In the Stripe billing portal, you can:
   • Update your payment method
   • Download invoices
   • View payment history
   • Manage your subscription

Purchasing Additional Credits

When you've used your monthly free credits, you can purchase additional page credits:

1. Go to the Billing section
2. In the Page Credits card, select your preferred bundle
3. Choose the quantity (1-10 bundles)
4. Click Purchase to complete your order

Only account owners or members with billing permissions can purchase additional credits.

Subscription FAQs

Q: Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
A: Yes, you can switch at any time. When switching to annual billing, you'll receive the applicable discount.

Q: What happens to my data if I downgrade my plan?
A: If you downgrade from Enterprise to a lower tier, you'll lose access to historical data beyond your current month. The data is preserved and will become accessible again if you upgrade in the future.

Q: Do credits expire?
A: No, credits never expire! Both your monthly free credits and any purchased credits accumulate month-to-month until used.

Q: Can I try ClerkiQ before committing to a paid plan?
A: Yes! Our Enterprise Plan offers a 14-day free trial with 30 free credits to get you started - no credit card required.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
